Why does Internet Explorer 7 crash and 6 doesn't?

I have used Internet Explorer 7 before and like it, however, when I try to install it, it works fine until a window is closed and then it closes ALL open IE windows, giving me an error, anyone know why?

I have since removed it, and am using IE6 again as it seems more stable.

I would appreciate answers fro programmers who understand the code and execution processes involved.

because it just came out and microsoft hasnt fully discovered all of its bugs to make fixes for it

Its mainly because Microsoft on IE7 didn't really work on security they wanted it to look pretty and have alot of functions. They hurried it out to fast and left alot of bugs. If you want something alot like IE7 that doesn't crash as much check out firefox.
actually they both crash equally because the both have the same bug in them. but you won't find any browser that is perfect
Because 7 is crashable
IE7 is basically made for Windows Vista. They both have compatibility errors, and IE7 also tends to slow down page loadings.

For now just stick with IE6, and get the Yahoo! Toolbar, which will allow you to have tabbed browsing on IE6.

Or

Use Mozilla FireFox. www.firefox.com
Explorer has design flaws that make it unstable. This was caused by extreme hurry developing more functions instead of focusing on security while they where at war to take Netscape out of the market.

The Firefox browser is faster, more secure and his tabbed browsing allows you to browse the Internet easier. Also, the Mozilla Foundation will sue Microsoft for the tabbed browsing, so maybe you would not see this feature in future versions.
