what is the problem ? how to resolve ? i tried unchecking third party software but it didnt work. it happens when i access video / music files on the internet via my computer.

I think your problem is that whenever you open these two (internet explorer %26amp; windows media-player), they seem to malfunction and an Error message shows up.
